I had many dreams and aspirations to become a great track & field athlete, coupled with that, I had talent and determination to run faster. I was fast, but I wanted to become faster among my peers.
Having all the above, I could not have made it to the Olympic Games twice and win an Olympic Bronze Medal. I had the opportunity to be coached by some of the greatest and inspirational coaches in track & field. I was able to absorb their expertise while applying it to my training regimens.
As an athlete, I had three simple goals: 1. To see myself on television running, 2. To make it to the Olympic Games and 3. To win an Olympic Medal. The work it took to achieved these goals were not based on simply talent, it was those things we took for granted such as training camps, training with better athletes, taking advantage of expert knowledge, and asking professional athletes questions that can make YOU a better athlete.
My passion is to impart my knowledge and expertise and used professional athletes and coaches to help athletes that are serious and want to make it to the next level in their chosen sport, particularly in track & field athletics.
